Serological pipetting is a highly important aspect of liquid handling, specifically for cell culture and other larger volume experiments. The AccuHelp Pipette Controller enables users to move large amounts of liquid with the aid of serological pipettes, like Oxford Serological Pipettes. Furthermore, the AccuHelp Pipette Controller is designed to comfortably fit in the hand and offers one-handed operation.
Although the AccuHelp Pipette Controller has a powerful motor and several safety features on the inside, the operation is intuitive and easy. Speed control is variable in two ways: variable speed settings on the motor and a pressure-sensitive trigger button. Users can choose between low speed, high speed, and gravity dispense, to control the rate of aspiration and dispensing. The pressure-sensitive trigger button allows users to modulate the speed by pressing the trigger lightly or firmly. In addition to motor control, the AccuHelp Pipette Controller includes safety features such as a safety valve and hydrophobic filters to protect internal components in the event of over-aspiration.
